1, 2009. Macomb, MI. Eagle One Media announced today details
of an agreement with Starz Media's Manga Entertainment to make
animated motion comic productions of Street Fighter, based on
the CAPCOM video games, and Voltron: Defender of the Universe,
based on the worldwide popular anime TV series, available for
broadcast and digital download distribution. Both motion comic
series will be broadcast on the Syfy Channel over several
weeks beginning September 28th during Manga's
popular Ani-Mondays programming block. Following the Syfy
broadcasts, the motion comic episodes will then be made
available for purchase with Starz Digital Media’s distribution
partners by digital download through outlets including: iTunes,
Xbox Live, and PlayStation Store.

graphic novels available from such publishers as IDW,
Moonstone, Antarctic Press, Alterna, Rorschach, Heroic, and
others in simple to use pdf format and for as little as 99
cents an issue.
Each comic available through the Eagle One
Media website www.eagleonemedia.com is formatted in easy to
use full page pdf files that can be viewed through the free
Adobe Reader computer application. Consumers will be able to
save the content to multiple machines and even print the
issues they purchase (background watermarks applied). The
first couple of pages of each comic can also be previewed for
free at the website prior to making a purchase. Each week
more comics and graphic novels will be added along with
content from newly added publishers wishing to make their
content available.

World’s first 3D computer animated martial
arts feature film

July 29, 2008. Eagle One Media, Inc. is proud
to announce it has secured the North American DVD rights to
the computer animated feature film Dragon Blade: The
Beginning. This award winning film that can be enjoyed by
all ages has the distinction of being the world’s first 3D
computer animated martial arts feature film and is the first
feature length computer animated film to be wholly developed
and produced in Hong Kong. The 85 minute film is produced by
well-known and award-winning martial arts director Stanley
Tong, the man behind such global hits as Rumble in the
Bronx, Jackie Chan’s First Strike, and Supercop.
Dragon Blade: The Beginning is directed by Antony Szeto
and comes from the DCDC animation studio; the studio behind
the widely successful Butt-Ugly Martians computer
animated children television series.
Described as ‘Shrek’ meets ‘Croaching
Tiger, Hidden Dragon’, Dragon Blade: The Beginning
is set in a fantastical version of the Chinese ancient Middle
Kingdom. The film follows Lang, a teenage martial arts
fanatic, who dreams of one day finding the legendary
DragonBlade sword – a weapon of ultimate power which may only
be wielded by the pure of heart and noble of spirit. However,
when an evil monster appears and threatens the people of his
village, Lang, along with a cheeky fairy bird named Bali-Ba,
embark on a heroic quest for the elusive blade whose power may
be the only hope Lang has for saving his people and village.

Audiences will find Dragon Blade: The

will be released in North America on DVD September 30, 2008

widescreen format, its original English language version, and

DVD BASED ON COMICS

announce it has acquired the licensing rights from World
Events Productions to produce a set of DVD adventures based on
the Voltron: Defender of the Universe property for the retail
market. The proposed DVDs will utilize the published content
from the popular Voltron comic books as produced by Devil’s
Due Publishing and will be presented in the form of an Eagle
One Media animated digital comic production.
An
Eagle One Media animated digital comic production utilizes the
actual artwork and story content from a series of comic books,
generally 5 to 7 issues in length, and with the addition of
animation, motion-style techniques, character voice-over,
music, and special effects, creates a fact-paced, entertaining
“feature film” that can be watched on any video device. Each
animated digital comic production has a run time of 75 to 100
minutes and can be found at your local DVD retailer.
“Voltron fans worldwide are sure to enjoy these unique

first action-packed Voltron DVD, titled Voltron: Defender of
the Universe - Revelations, will be released in June 2007 with
a suggested retail price of $19.99. To secure the widest
retail release for the DVDs, Eagle One Media anticipates
securing an agreement with an established animation DVD
distributor in the near future.
Released in 1984, Voltron: Defender of the Universe quickly
skyrocketed to be the number one children's program in the
United States and around the world. Merchandising rapidly
followed with more than 100 different Voltron products on
store shelves around the world.
With the renewed interest worldwide and recent success of
resurrected superheroes from the 1980's, Voltron has launched
its global return. A Voltron comic book is on shelves as well

Eagle One Media to release Deadworld comic book
series on CD-ROM
Restored comic book collection set for release
May 2006
Macomb, MI, February 8, 2006 – Eagle One Media,
a multi-media company is proud to announce it has reached an
agreement with Gary Reed, owner of the Deadworld comic book
property, to assemble and offer the definitive Deadworld comic
series in an all encompassing CD-ROM. This CD-ROM product is
set for release May 2006 and retail for only $29.99.
The Deadworld CD-ROM will collect the original
46 issues of the official comic book series, 4 short stories,
and include artwork and bonus materials. Each comic book will
be digitally scanned and restored from cover-to-cover, over
1700 pages, including advertisements and the infamous letters
to King Zombie himself.
